Lessons from Fido

Coping in this hectic world can be difficult, but don't bother consulting the therapist, just look to your dog for some important life lessons. Here are a few and I bet you could add some of your own. Send them in and I will post them to the website!

"How to live with compassion... and joy and to see the good in all things... How to look at the bright side of life... and how to be humble."

"I have learned to take each day as it comes and try to focus on the moment I'm in. I have learned to forget about past failures and focus on the successes of the day. I have learned to keep trying."

"I have learned patience, unconditional love and sharing. I have learned the joy of jumping, smiling, playing and greeting my friends. I have learned how very wonderful it is to live in the moment. I have learned the depth of despair when I have lost my companion. I have learned how to love and give again."

"Loyalty beyond reason, love with no bounds, pride without prejudice and to enjoy a good lick and ignore the odd hair in my dinner because it was so incredibly worth it!!"

"Live in the moment. Acceptance of others. Patience... and honoring the memories of those who have died."
